I tried Mexican rice for the first time, and it was seriously very delicious. The rice was perfectly cooked—fluffy and full of flavor. The presentation of the dish was colorful... and very appealing. The sauces added a wonderful touch, especially the avocado and salsa sauce, which gave a tangy flavor. The nachos gave a crunchy contrast that made the dish even more tasty. All ingredients were well cooked with the right amount of seasoning. Freshly steamed veggies, long rice grains and separated well, beans were well cooked.
The guacamole and red chilli paste added even more to the already flavourful bowl And just the right amount of cheese to add to the flavour!

Healthy-✅
It has a good combination of fibre, proteins, fats and carbs. “Made at home” makes it an even healthier option.

Filling-✅
It was filling too. One bowl is enough for lunch or dinner. You wouldn’t crave for anything else once you have it.

Words that inspires us to Keep Going🙏😊

आज प्राची कडून मेक्सिकन बाउल मागवला होता. तो खाण्याचा आमचा अनुभव खूपच छान होता! प्रत्येक घटक ताजा, चविष्ट आणि नीट साजेसा होता. बाउलमध्ये असलेले राईस, काळे बीन्स, आणि बाकी भाज्या यांची मेळ चवीलाच उठाव देणारी होती. त्यावर ठेवलेले ग्वाकामोली (अ‍ॅव्होकाडोचा पेस्ट), ताजं पिको दे गालो (टोमॅटो, कांदा, कोथिंबीर) आणि चविष्ट क्रीम सॉस यामुळे बाउल पूर्णपणे परिपूर्ण वाटला.

ज्यांना मसालेदार आणि वेगळी चव हवी आहे, त्यांच्यासाठी ही डिश अगदी योग्य आहे. त्यात झणझणीत चव आहे, पण तरीही जड वाटत नाही – म्हणजे चव आणि आरोग्य यांचा योग्य समतोल आहे. पोटभर पण हलकी वाटणारी ही डिश एकदा तरी नक्की ट्राय करावी.
