Shailendra singh Negi comes with a experience of more than 25 years in Hotel Industry and has worked for well known star hotels. Chef Diwan Rawat specialized in the Tandoor department comes straight away from Dubai to Dhruva. The service manager comes from U.A.E and expertise's in quality service and guest satisfaction. We at DHRUVA Family Restaurant want to bring more to the Indian cuisine not just by adding more dishes but using different combinations of spices from different areas such as Goa, Rajasthan, Bengal and Kashmir bringing originality to every dish.
