CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES.

Due to this super weird lazy yet cozy weather in Pune was craving for some soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies filled with a pool of melty chocolate chips this week and couldn't wait to make a huge batch. 🍪🤩
So made and baked some deliciously fresh cookies to enjoy with my coffee! ☕ 💃🏻

PLATED DESSERTS.

A plated dessert is an arrangement of one or more components. For most desserts, all the components are prepared well in advance and stored safely.
And is assembled at the last minute.

In frames we learnt to make desserts for our Intermediate level which are,
1) Crepe suzette
2) Paradise Berry with cheese ice cream and berry sorbets
3) Poach Pineapple in orange juice with nougatine, riz au lait maltese and Raspberry lime souffle (served together)
5) Lá Mandarine
6) Mille feuille chocolate Praline with Granite and Orange Confit

Amongst these my favourite as an entire plated dessert were the Lá mandarine and the poach pineapple in orange juice with nougatine and riz au lait (rice pudding) maltese.
The burst of refreshing sweet and tangy flavours, crisp texture, etc.
