The kitchen at The Fat Labrador Café came alive with creativity during our annual in-house MasterChef challenge.👩🍳
As part the challenge, our chefs stepped beyond the regular menu and went into full creative mode, presenting dishes that were entirely their own. From bold flavour combinations to beautifully plated creations, every plate told a story.
Each dish was carefully judged on uniqueness, ingredient usage, incorporation of in-house elements, presentation, and the way the chefs explained the concept behind their creation. It was not just about cooking. It was about creativity, technique, and the thought that goes into every detail.✨
We were honoured to have Chef Varun Gupta, Gouri Dange, and Sudha as our judges, who thoughtfully tasted, evaluated, and scored each dish.
The competition brought out incredible passion, innovation, and a little friendly rivalry in the kitchen, reminding us that the heart of a great restaurant lies in the people behind it.
This yearly tradition is something our team looks forward to every year, celebrating the creativity, teamwork, and love for food that define The Fat Labrador Café. 🐾♥️
