It began with a small kitchen, a handful of recipes passed down with love, and a dream to serve food that felt like home. Somewhere between those late-night orders, the laughter in the kitchen, and the smell of biryani filling the air, Potnis Biryani became more than just a name — it became a feeling.
We’re grateful to be featured this month in The Indian Express, sharing a part of our story, our kitchen, and a journey that began two decades ago with a simple belief: great biryani is made with patience, passion, and purpose.
