Before the perfect cakes, there was this one. ❤️🇮🇳

My very first Independence Day cake — made in 2018 for our society function in Nagpur.

I had only just started learning how to bake. I was still figuring out cakes, frosting, piping… and honestly, I had no idea where this little baking journey would take me.

Looking at this cake today, I don't see the imperfections anymore. I see the beginning. ❤️
From that first cake in 2018 to Anvie’s Chocolicious by Supriya today — 8 years of learning,
experimenting, creating, making mistakes, improving and, most importantly, continuing to bake. 🎂✨

This Pure Chocolate Dulce de Leche whipped cream cake was lovingly created for one of my most cherished clients, who has been with me for the past 8 years—from my Nagpur days to now in Pune.

Their trust has travelled with me through every milestone.
This cake was specially made for her mother's birthday, just the way she wanted it.. with a light whipped cream finish and flavours they love.
