Some collaborations just feel right 🤍☕

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Raymond for the launch of their new collection in Aundh, Pune and what a beautiful coming together it was. From finely spun fabrics to slow-brewed coffee, the day celebrated craftsmanship, patience, and everything that truly gets better with time.

The Gandhi’s Coffee stall became a gentle pause within the celebration of the space where people slowed down, sipped thoughtfully, and connected with the craft behind the cup. From tasting our coffees to understanding our process and journey, the experience went far beyond just brewing.

What stood out wasn’t only the setting or the brands coming together, but the warmth in the room, shared stories, meaningful conversations, and a deep appreciation for craft in its many forms.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a cup, and spent time with us. Collaborations like these remind us that whether it’s fabric or coffee, true quality is built slowly, intentionally, and with care.

Some weekends are meant to be remembered!☕✨

The Pune Coffee Festival 2025 (Season 2) at KOPA Mall, Koregaon Park was a celebration of everything coffee lovers cherish like bold brews, curious conversations, vibrant energy, and a community brought together by a shared love for coffee.

From gourmet coffee experiences and boutique roasters to latte art sessions, brewing workshops, live music, and coffee cocktails, the festival truly had something for everyone. It was incredible to see Pune’s coffee enthusiasts explore unique single-origin brews, experiment with new flavors, and soak in the festive vibe that filled the space over those two days.

At the Gandhi’s Coffee stall, the experience went far beyond tasting coffee. People stopped by to sip our brews, ask questions, and discover our journey, our roasting process, our history, and the legacy that has been built over three generations. Watching people connect with our story, often with surprise and curiosity, reminded us why these moments matter so much.

There were conversations that stayed, smiles that lingered, and cups that sparked stories. And honestly, a lot more happened at the stall than we could ever fit into words but these pictures come close.

Throwback to the greatest day of 2025! A day at the Indian AeroPress Championship is always a day well spent ☕✨

The Indian AeroPress Championship 2025, Pune Edition was everything we love about the specialty coffee community, high energy, deep focus, shared passion, and some truly exceptional brewing. As the coffee sponsor, Gandhi’s Coffee was proud to be part of a room filled with brewers pushing boundaries, experimenting fearlessly, and treating every cup like a craft.

Hosted at the beautiful , Baner, the atmosphere was electric. From intense brew moments to conversations around grind size, ratios, and extraction & the passion in the room was unreal, and we’re still buzzing from it.

This year’s competition coffee was a standout:
☕ Specialty Arabica from Gungegiri, Sangameshwar Estate
🍯 Honey Sun-Dried Process
✨ Bright citrus notes with a hint of brown sugar, followed by flashes of caramel and chocolate

Watching the same coffee express itself in so many different ways reminded us why we do what we do. Coffee isn’t just about beans or brews, it’s about people, ideas, and the joy of experimentation.

Grateful to be part of a community that keeps raising the bar, one press at a time.

Coffee Brewers Showcase | Pune Edition 3.0 was everything a coffee community gathering should be intimate, experimental, passionate, and deeply human. This wasn’t just about brewing coffee, it was about sharing stories, learning from each other, and celebrating the love for the craft.

A huge shoutout to the brewers who made the day truly special at , Baner:
Ankita, Chetan, Jay, Raj, Yash & Khushbu.
Each one brought their own style, their own journey, and their own interpretation of coffee to the table. From thoughtful conversations to unique brews you won’t find in any café, every cup had a story behind it.

This showcase gave Pune’s coffee lovers a chance to meet the community, taste experimental recipes, and experience coffee in its most honest form brewed by passionate home brewers, shared with warmth.

Beyond the brews, the day was filled with fun games, exciting activities, a power-packed DJ, and endless coffee-fuelled conversations. What made it special, though, was the energy, the smiles, the curiosity, and the shared love for coffee that filled the room.

At the Gandhi’s Coffee stall, people experienced more than just coffee. They explored our journey, our roasting process and our history, our postcards, stickers, and stories that connect generations. Sharing coffee, conversations, and moments like these is what keeps us going.

Because in the end, it was never just about coffee.
It was about people, passion, and the warmth that brings a community together. 🤍☕
