Khiva , the fine dining and luxury restaurant located at the Neptune Magnet Mall, Bhandup, Mumbai is the brainchild of Roshan Nichani, CEO BJN Hospitality. Khiva specializes in Royal Frontier Cuisine hailing from North Western Uzbekistan. Khiva derives its name from a former province created by the British in their vast territories in South Asia then called British India. Since 1990, Khiva has been inscribed in the World Heritage list. At Khiva people celebrated life by saying “Khey – Vakh” which meant “ What a pleasure”. We aspire for similar pleasurable experience for our customers in their every visit. The knack of understanding your target customers is key to the success of any Hospitality venture. Young, dashing and dynamic Roshan Nichani is all relentless and raring to go. Roshan says, “Traditionally, luxury dining was only an occasional eating-out experience, and primarily existed within the mindset of a selected group of people in India only.”
“ This was followed by the emergence of the Shopping Malls in the city, where people found for themselves a plethora of eating out options,” said Roshan Nichani. Our extensive market-research made us reach and connect with those thousands of customers, who wished to have a very special and memorable dining experience on their regular eating outs.
