After the great response of my nankhatai recipe...........here I come up with my next batch of baking. Here comes the most delicious, melt in mouth and super crunchy.......COCONUT COOKIES😋😋

My first try on a South Indian theme cake...........I got dis order a month back as d client wanted to assure my presence to get dis cake baked for her friend who is fond of South Indian cuisine. Though I said yes to her but at d back of my head it was continuously nagging in my head ‘dat how will I make a fondant dosa look like a real dosa and that too in rainy season, which is like a nightmare. Finally the order day arrived and I was damm nervous about the cake, I felt like giving up as it was a frantic day for me. To be on the safer side I convinced the client to delay the delivery by 2 hours as I was not sure how will I start and consummate one of my regular client expectation.
But after I completed the cake, I was astounded to see that took me only 2 hours to finish the cake from scratch. And I was astonished to listen that the fondant dosa looked superior then the real dosa 😜!!
Now I feel like I did justice to this cake..........what say guys??
