My mother Sudarshan Manchanda has the formulaic recipe that brings out these lip-smacking parathas. Recently,we have even got the method centralised so as to ensure
the quality of the product does not differ". Shahji's Parathas is at Apte Road and Raviwar Peth and on an average it dishes out 2,000 parathas everyday. One outlet offers the fine-dine experience while the other that of a casual eatery. But the food served at both the places are same and taste same. "We now a management team in place and have even centralised our spice making through a company in Delhi.Taking a step forward, the outlet will also be going national soon. We have a lot of requests to start franchichees and have taken it up seriously. Soon we will be open to offer franchisees around the country."
