Bong Appetite

Laymen characterize Punjabis with their Tandoori Chicken, South Indians with Idli Dosa...

What are B**gs associated with???
..Of course, their ren'own'ed "Macher Jhol Bhat" or their "Rossogollas". Bengal has been blessed with subtle and robust tastes in their cuisine - be it in the slightly sweet & fine delicacies of "Epar Bangla", or in the spicy & elaborate culinary offerings of "Opar Bangla" and not to forget in the rich fares made popular by the Mughal rulers in Bengal. Open to a wide spectrum of tastes, B**gs worldwide have the innate humongous appetite and the scrutinizing knack for food. Bengalis and their kind of food were, are and will always be inseparable. Keeping that in mind... "Nomoskar...Suswagatam..." (the 'S's as we B**gs pronounce it) Here, right at F C Road, to calm those bengali-food-starved tastebuds, we have "B**G APPETITE!!" So, the next time you feel homesick for your kinda food, or you wish to eat the b**g spread your Bengali friend had at his/ her place... Why wait??? No complicated ramifications... just autentic Bengali food. Till then, like French would say with a Bengali twist... eat well, B**G APPETITE!
