I am so thankful to my Lord that I have crossed one more milestone. Viji's kitchen completes 4 years today. Ohh what a journey it was so far. I am so thankful to my family for helping me reach here. During the 1st 2 years it was mother who helped me immensely. Without her support this was impossible. Even today whenever I ask her for help she does with a smiling face. Thank you Aai.
4 years back it all started at a close friends wedding. Then there was no looking back. I started with taking catering orders for parties and thoroughly enjoyed preparing large food orders, however, once the lockdown was announced, I realised that there was no demand for party orders and my neighbors wanted regular 'ghar ka khana'. That's how I started taking regular tiffin orders in an around my neighborhood.
I gained popularity among the seniors citizens as the food I prepare is less on spice and oil. some of the dishes I specialise are cutlets, samosa, spring rolls, biryanis, Dahi wada. Appam and stew. I have also started with ready to eat party snacks.
I am so thankful to all my friends for guiding me, encouraging me to do better. Recommending me to their friends and family.
A very big thank you to my customers for helping me serve you food of your choice.
I pray to almighty god that he keeps me in good health and mind so that I continue to serve everyone around me.
