We’re excited to share that we’re hosting a cupping event with .greens and .sarada ! It’s a small, intimate tasting session where a few will get to taste and share their valuable feedback for our newly harvested coffee from the Araku Valley and check out some cool new processes that Baimudan will be using for the upcoming harvest.

This year, we’ve been absolutely loving the coffee from the Dumbriguda region. The feedback has been fantastic, and we can’t wait to keep bringing you these incredible beans, all grown and processed naturally by local farmers without any pesticides or chemicals.

During the tasting, you’ll get to try some unique processing methods from Araku Valley, including:

Double Anaerobic Fermentation
Infusion Fermentation
Sundried Anaerobic
Black Honey Process
Thermal Shock Process
