Any Butter Chicken lovers here.....

Recently I have prepared BUTTER CHICKEN along with Chicken Salad and it turned out really well. Chicken salad was something that I have tried for the first time. Even my friends simply loved it.

Do let me know if anyone wants to try lips smacking Boneless Butter Chicken only at Rs 400/- serves 2 people.

Punjabi cuisine gets a great aroma from the raw spices. And specially when you are making PANEER BUTTER MASALA. I have also experienced that this dish is usually not so sweet in Delhi. Hence I have tried to make this aromatic dish with little bit of spice.

This is the first time that I haven't added cream in it. Never expected that it will turn to be so Delicious.

Barbeque box is super trending on many Food Specific Groups

So looking at those eye catching pictures, one day I decided to order the Veg and Non Veg Box however the end result was a little disappointing as I did not like the main course let it be veg or non veg and neither the dessert.🥺

So just a couple of days back I decided to prepare my own way of Barbeque Box dishes. It did take around 3 hours of time but at the end, the output was truly relishing.

My family simply loved it.

I never thought that I would be able to prepare so many things on my own.

Thanks to my Mom and and my Wife for motivating me❤️

Everyone says that a child inherits its qualities from their Mother and Father. Cooking is my Moms speciality and I am certain, I inherit it from her. Out of the blue my mom recently asked me to prepare one of her favourite delicacy "Veg Cutlet" and I was spellbound with the output 😀
