I’m delighted to share that I recently had the privilege of being invited as a Guest Speaker for the 3rd year BMHCT students at the Maharashtra State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Pune.

The session was organized under the Innovation and Startup Cell of MSIHMCT and focused on Design Thinking, Critical Thinking and Innovation Design.

The session focused on real-world problem solving, customer-centric approaches, identifying market gaps and transforming ideas into viable ventures, while helping bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry realities.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their growth and to encourage them to think beyond conventional career paths. The enthusiasm, energy and curiosity of the students made the session genuinely memorable.

Moments like these remind me why knowledge sharing is so powerful.
