The focus shifted from strength to balance. Gin was chosen for its clean botanical profile, while honey replaced refined sugar to create a smoother, more rounded mouthfeel. Fresh lemon keeps the drink precise and refreshing.
Matcha was incorporated carefully, not as a feature ingredient but as a structural element. Used in a restrained measure, it adds depth and a subtle dryness that lengthens the finish without introducing bitterness. He attempted to recreate that sensory moment in a glass. The result was a drink that looked like a gemstone and smelled like a story—soft, floral, citrusy, and comforting. Recipe: The Pink Velvet Chronicle

Ingredients:-
• 60 ml Vodka (preferably smooth, clean profile)
