Have you ever wondered 🤔 👉Why your coach asks you to include more paneer and eggs in your diet or 👉Why we say that nuts aren’t the best way to complete your protein intake 👉or why Daal is not a very high quality protein source. 👉How different protein sources come with different types, amounts and quality of protein..?? We shall try to answer all these below: ✔️Protein intake should be between 1.2g to 1.8g/kg body weigh if you are exercising or trying to lose fat. ✔️We must try to include 20-40gm protein in every meal. ✔️Good sources of protein(veg) : Paneer, Soy, Cheese, Tofu, Milk and Whey ✔️Good sources of protein(Non Veg) : Chicken, Fish, Eggs and mutton ✔️You would need to consume absurdly high volume of milk, curd, dryfruits if trying to complete you protein intake ✔️Same is the issue with Dal, Chhole and Rajma. They have more carbs than protein 😆 ✔️Oats are majorly carbs, almost no protein 🙏 ✔️Whey protein is safe. Nothing magical about it, just a convenient way to fulfil the protein requirements.
