We empathize with every planter; we care for every coffee lover looking for an enjoyable brewing experience and

think deeply for our planet. Our passion for the same, drove us to plantations across our country. Taking all those learnings from the avid people we met, and experiences lived, we at Grey Soul Coffee brought back the highest quality and flavorsome greens back to our roastery in Pune. Today, our founder(Chirag), personally spends weeks roasting the coffee, brewing, and perfecting it until it is packaged with care before it reaches you. It is personal for us and that is how we want to keep it for you. Grey Soul Coffee... Brew for the soul.

We see first-time visitors and familiar faces every day. People discovering the space and people who know their order right when walk in. Some look for a corner, some walk straight to their table. Over time, names become familiar, routines form, and orders stay the same.

The café extends into coffee experience centre, built within the same space. Here, you can witness live coffee roasting, explore what makes specialty coffee special, and enjoy your brew at the slow bar and espresso bar.

To go with it, Our all-vegetarian menu includes vegan and gluten-free options, crafted to align with our approach to thoughtful, everyday dining made in-house with fresh ingredients and no preservative.
