The Perfect Biryani - "The King Of All Food"

I use the Dhungar Method to to give my Biryani the Perfect Smokey Flavour - After the biryani is fully cooked, i place a small heat-proof bowl on top of the rice, place a burning piece of charcoal inside, add a few drops of ghee, and seal the lid immediately for 5–10 minutes to infuse the smoke.
