Thank you doctors, nurses, pathologists, ambulance drivers, health care workers, and everyone else in the medical community who are on the front lines. Thank you to the police, law enforcement, and fire department for maintaining law and order. Thank you to the shop owners and staff at pharmacies and grocery stores, who are keeping their shops open so that we can get essential commodities. You are not just doing your job or a service, what you are doing is nothing short of heroic and we really appreciate the sacrifices you are making for us. Stay safe

CGH Earth fully supports the Kerala Government’s ‘Break the Chain’ campaign to fight the Covid-19 pandemic. Please take the following measures to help combat the spread of the virus:
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, and use a hand sanitizer.
• Maintain social distancing of at least 1 metre (3 feet) between yourself and anyone who is displaying symptoms.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
• Practice good respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth with tissue when you sneeze and dispose of it immediately afterwards.
• Seek medical help if you have fever, cough, and difficulty breathing.
Follow these simple precautions and we can break the chain and stop the virus from spreading.

We love our seafood as fresh as it can be and the coastal town of Pondicherry is the perfect place for that. Each day our chefs head to the nearby harbor to personally select the finest of the day’s catch fresh off the boats and use it to create the signature dishes at Palais de Mahe.
