It is a popular dish found in India.
The word tikka means small bits or pieces.
Small pieces of boneless chicken are marinated with spices, curd, lemon and salt. The marinated chicken pieces are then skewered. It’s then grilled over hot charcoals. It’s served with green chutney, onion and lime.

This is a crowd pleaser for obvious reasons😅

I marinated boneless chicken in a spice mix of Kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, plain yoghurt, salt and pepper and vegetable oil for an hour. I also added some onion slices, red, yellow and green bell peppers to the marinade.
Arranged the pieces of chicken and veg on skewers and toasted to till ready.

Fish fry and fish gravy This is a quintessential fish favourite in many Telugu households and definitely one of the beautiful ways to celebrate our cuisine. The joys of freshwater fish catla cooked in a spicy tangy gravy which tickles the taste buds is just amazing.
