Since August 31, the day of the assault on LE PETIT PATNEM and the entire PATNEM PALM GARDEN by LE PETIT resort, no action has been taken by the courts, the authorities have not even come to investigate the facts. Five complaints were filed by us at the police station, none of which were investigated. False accusations were filed by the landowner, a former minister, all of which were recorded by the authorities. We request that our five complaints filed with the authorities since January 2025 be investigated and validated by the person in charge. The most important concerns the lack of rupees paid to the owner for the rental of the resort, paid each month by LE PETIT PATNEM. All payments have been made. And you are all witnesses to the effort made to promote the place. There's no fault on our part, which is why the case hasn't been investigated and guards have been placed at the entrance. If you know someone who can help us pursue our complaints and find a legal solution, you can send us a private message. I think it's time to inform you, after your numerous messages about what's happening at LE PETIT Le Petit Patnem and the Patnem Palm Garden by Le Petit resort. At the end of August, we were assaulted by the landowner. The only reason is they dont want wait the end of our agreement to do monney on what we build with love. After breaking the lock, they forced their way in and placed guards at the entrance to prevent us from accessing our business, as well as all our equipment and business personnel, who are still inside. The action was , completely illegally, as we had a rental contract for an additional four years and had taken care of the premises, as you have all witnessed. No action was taken by the authorities despite our numerous complaints. This entire organized team is not from the state of Goa, but from another Indian state.
We do not yet know the outcome of this case, which we will take to court. We wonder why no authorities intervened, not even to ascertain the facts on the spot. We suffered the sequestration of our business, of all our belongings inside, and various methods of intimidation. We are very sad and especially worried to know that this kind of action is becoming widespread in South Goa, coming from other states outside of local life. And that it is supported by certain people supposed to protect local life and peace in the village.

All the team of is very sad and so sorry not to have been able to honor all our magnificent projects with you that we had prepared this season, all the booking, the activites we had to canceled, also the actions we were supported, and the dogs, the cats who had find peace with us and got forced to go back on the street.

Unfortunately, ego and jealousy, the desire for power and control still lead some humans to actions that are harmful and deeply hurtful to the entire community., Its can happen to everyone here and terribly painful .
