We can finally enjoy this dish which I have been wanting to make for ages and was just waiting for the perfect storm to come - as you often do in this part of the world where the weather forecast is usually 30°, mostly sunny.
So here it is the perfect winter pot. French Onion Lentil Soup with Cheese Toast & a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. To enjoy with Full Power Sea @ Kala Bahia from now :)

On the menu tonight, parmesan breaded chicken breast with saffron risotto and pesto dressing. Yum!
