Delaying a refund (bare minimum) by 2 hrs and supporting a huge food safety and rights violation. Shame on both of your brands. This could've been handled better but you don't even train your customer support on how to talk properly.

Tried .in Masala Chai for the first time ☕
Not at all what I was expecting 😮
It was quite nice, a lil too dark for my personal taste but the masala really stood out
