Biryani is originally a Persian Dish. The Hyderabadi Biryani originated as a blend of Mughlai and Iranian Cuisine in the kitchens of the Hyderabad Nizam.

The Ingredients are Basmati Rice, Chicken Meat, Yoghurt, Spices, Lemon, Saffron and many other aromatic spices.

We at Amba, after 9 years of goodwill and excellent hospitality, have tried to bring the authentic taste of Hyderabad Biryani to Patna.

We are here to feast your taste buds with Authentic Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani with taste as that of Nizam's.

With Spices from Iran, cooked on firewood in the traditional way by none other than the chef from the Nizam's kitchen, Charminaz is all set to tease your taste buds.

We at Amba restaurant &caterers is glad to announce the latest addition to our menu by launching “NASTA” at our new shop. at the same address on the ground floor which include CLUB KACHAURI,SABJEE ,PURE GHEE JALEBI from (7am onwards).
This has only become possible with the regular support and faith on us from you all.
We will also be serving GOLGAPPA,CHATTS of variety and SAMOSA in authentic recepie. I very humbly thank you every one of you for your support🙏🙏🙏
