A young guest at Mana Hotels spent a little too long in the pool and later had red, uncomfortable eyes.

When the usual eye drops did not help, his parents requested a specific one. Since it was not available at the hotel, our team immediately went to the pharmacy and got it for them.

The child felt better, and the parents were relieved.

A group of guests were enjoying their stay with us. After dinner, late at night, one of them complained of chest pain.

At that hour, calling a doctor to the resort was not practical. So our team acted quickly and took the guest to the nearest hospital.

The doctor found nothing immediately serious, but advised that the guest should be shifted to a larger hospital in Udaipur for further checks.

Our team then arranged an ambulance and ensured the guest was safely moved.

The next day, we followed up and were relieved to know that everything was okay.

Not every service moment happens in the lobby, restaurant, or rooms.
Some happen quietly in difficult situations, when quick action matters.
