We serve here "Kulfi". Kulfi has similarities to ice cream in appearance and taste: however it is denser and creamier, It comes in various flavours. The more traditional ones cream (Malai), Pista (Pistachio), Mango, Strawberry, Chocolate , Chocochips, Cassatta Blackcurrant, Guava (Peru), Litchee, Butterscotch, Kesar (kesar or zafran), and Chikoo, Sitafal, Rajbhog and many more. Unlike ice cream, k

ulfi is not whipped, resulting in a solid, dense and creamy. Thus, it is sometimes considered a distinct category of frozen dairy-based dessert. Due to its densitv, kulfi takes much time to melt than ice cream.
