Hello foodies, We recently did a 7 course sit down dinner for 25 people, Menu included, khou suvey, burrata, pasta platter( spaghetti, risotto and beetroot gnocchi) Dal makhni and wild mushroom kulcha, roasted pumpkin kulcha, polenta with black bean sauce, crispy tofu with wild mushroom, and garlic butter asparagus, Chocolate torta and mix berry cheese cake

Home made or made in VIPs catering base kitchen, our speciality tortellini filled minced meat mixture cooked with red wine and parmeggiano reggiano served with mascarpone cream sauce. There are many combination of mixture and sauce, this is one of my favourite.

She is Bhumi, don't allow anyone to go out without mask, she is 3 year old, love dessert and penne arrabbiata with lots of parmesan, waiting for party season when she get lots of Italian food everyday, her father is wonderful pizzaolo but she don't like pizzas
