Our tradition of chole bhature began in late 1960s by Late Sh. Sita Ram Kohli in Pahar ganj named as SITA RAM DIWAN CHAND (โ€œSRDCโ€) and is the city landmark today. The people relish the chole bhature with its unique tastes, styles and preparations. The business was carried over by the sons and is now managed by the grand sons. With the time there has been advancement in the technology , but th
