"Rickshaw Sarthi " - An Initiative by Hon. Dr. Ravinder Singal Sir, IAS, CP-Nashik City Police
A negative impression reflects in anybody's mind when it comes to Rickshaw Drivers. To change this impression all the rickshaw drivers & Owners should step forward and to help them Nashik Police Commissioner Dr Ravinder Singal Sir & his Team has taken a step forward. An initiative Rickshaw Sarthi was inaugurated on 31st July 2018 where a medical camp was organised for Health Checkup of Rickshaw Drivers/Owners also selected 14 Genuine Rickshaw Drivers/Owners were graced with an Information Board which was installed in their Rickshaw. The Board consist of the details of the Rickshaw Driver/Owner like License no. Validity, Blood Group, etc.
The Program was graced by Deputy Commissioner Mr. Shrikrisha Kokate, Madhuri Kangne, Assistant Commissioner (Traffic) Mr. Ajay Deore, Dr. Shailendra Gaikwad, Rahul Raikar (Mindtricks Education), Mandar Oltikar (Sankraman Janshakti Foundation), Dr. Swapnil Deore.
The concept of this program is Dr. Ravinder Kumar Singal - Nashik Police Commissioner, Mr. Ajay Deore - Assistant Commissioner (Traffic), Dr. Shailendra Gaikwad, Rahul Raikar (Mindtricks Education) & Mandar Oltikar (Sankraman Janshakti Foundation). The Information Board design was handled by Shailesh Gunjal & Krishna Pagare of Mindtricks Software.
