व्रत वाला नमकीन मखाना

सामग्री:--

2 कप मखाना
1 बड़ा चम्मच घी
1 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
20 से 25 काजू
15से 20 बादाम
स्वादानुसार सेंधा नमक

विधि :--

मखाने घी 4-5 मिनट तक क्रिस्पी होने तक भून लें.
फिर डालें काजू बादाम नमक काली मिर्च पाउडर डालकर और 6 से 7 मिनट तक भूनें .

ठंडा करके एयरटाइट डिब्बे में भरें (1महीने स्टोर)
