Many have confused Long Black with the Americano, and still, we kept serving the former even when the order was made for the latter.

We love Long Black so much more than the Americano because it gives all the bitterness, sourness and that aroma of what an espresso would give.

While drinking an Americano, the taste remains the same throughout, but having longblack is like sipping light espresso with gradual decrease in the bitterness and sourness, and only the aroma remains when finishing the drink.

Serving longblack in ceramic cup is another effort we never fail to make, because as much as we like to see the dark shade of the coffee in a transparent glass, we like leave the mystery curtained by rich crema in of the drink.

We like making gourmet burger.

Since the time our regulars have given their feedback on our cafe made burger, we are only enthusiastic on developing gourmet of it.

It will be a little more expensive, given the ingredients and preparation, please give your valuable opinion on including gourmet burger in our menu.
