Any individual or Company etc.. engaged in similar business using my mark and logo exclusively registered in the name of THE TORNADOS, HOUSE OF ORIGINAL TORNADOS shall be liable for appropriate civil as well as criminal action under law. Further, any other branch other than Bhole Petrol pump selling similar product under seal and signature of THE TORNADOS, HOUSE OF ORIGINAL TORNADOS is false and misrepresenting my brand.
