From the center of India to the islands of Indonesia, this isn’t just a pop-up.

It’s a piece of everything we’ve built throughout the years, with our commitments to farmers, our roastery processes, our audience’s faith, which we are bringing to our first global chapter in Jakarta, Indonesia.

If you’re going to ask people to care, give them something real.

....running from one meeting to another, welcoming new people, running food trails in the kitchen, travelling to different locations, reshaping spaces, dreaming a little bigger every day. If you walked into Standing Room, Dharampeth recently and thought, “Something’s shifted,” you were right.

We’ve been building - behind the scenes. Not everything made it to the ‘Gram, but every step was for you. New ideas, fresh offerings, and deeper ways to connect with our community.

April was layered—demanding, meaningful, and full of moments. And now, we’re getting closer to sharing what’s been quietly taking shape.

Introducing our latest addition from Kudiraipanjan Estate - Lactic Honey!

From the lush Shevroy Hills of Yercaud, this coffee brings an exciting new process. Grown at an impressive 1550 MASL, it’s a blend of two beautiful varietals — Catamore and Selection 9 — both known for thriving in Indian coffee terrains.

What makes this coffee stand out is the Lactic Honey process. After depulping, the beans, still coated in mucilage, are added to controlled water tanks where natural bacteria feed on the carbohydrates, creating an environment rich in lactic acid. This unique fermentation step deepens the complexity and sweetness, leading to the name “Lactic Honey.” After fermentation, the beans are sun-dried just like a traditional honey process.

In this coffee, you’ll find notes of Water Guava, Walnuts, and a Creamy Mouthfeel that ties everything together.

We look forward to hearing your feedback on this coffee.
