Since 1989 THE BIRIYANI STORY

The Mughal kitchen is still on in Mysore!

For more than two decades, Mughal Durbar has been catering to the taste buds of Mysoreans, young and old alike. A name now synonymous with Biriyani and non-vegetarian food, Mughal Durbar continues to be the preferred lunch and dinner destination for Mysoreans and tourists. Its USP is the Biriyani made with both chicken and mutton. The Biriyani is cooked in typical Mughal fashion with the choicest

of herbs and spices. It is prepared with premium quality Basmati rice. It is also patronised for its tasty Kebabs,Tandoor and Rumali Rotis. The service personnel leave no stone unturned in making your dining experience the best. The pleasing ambience and space put together with great taste and hygiene make Mughal Durbar a must-dine restaurant. Japanese Quails And Eggs:

A special on Mughal Durbar’s menu is the delicious and healthy Japanese quail. Japanese Quails have been a part of French, Portuguese, Maltese and Indian cuisines for years. In India, Japanese Quails are today commercially bred. Even quail eggs are gaining popularity by the day due to their medicinal properties. Quail eggs purify the blood, normalize blood pressure, increase haemoglobin and remove radio nuclides. Research has shown that quail meat and eggs lower stress due to overwork. Quail eggs are especially good for children as they help in mental and physical growth. OUTDOOR CATERING:

Mughal Durbar also undertakes outdoor catering for all events and occasions. Our 2 decades of experience, efficient workforce and state of the art equipment make us the natural choice to handle VIP and other mega-events. Be it ten or a thousand, our service is impeccable.

Now i know lot of you debate RRR vs Mughal Durbar! I have sampled biriyani at both these restaurants. Why is Mughal Durbar equally good? Long grains, perfectly cooked Basmati, the aroma that should be smelt in the handi. Simply delicious biriyani. Great sides from the tandoor as well. Worth a visit.
