Some of you know that we recently started a teeny-tiny food menu. Over the course of this month we’ll be working on some new ideas, testing and tasting as we go along.

The intention is no different from our coffees; simple, no fuss, but as ridiculously good as possible.

Naturally, our beverage menu will have a few new items too.

Coffee Shop 101; always be pulling shots. Like literally, always.

The key to a good espresso lay in the minutiae; the right grind size, even distributing and tamping, and just the right amount of coffee solubles extracted in the right amount of time. Hit that sweet spot, and you’ll have a deliciously balanced drink 9/10 times (cause sometimes, s**t happens, no matter how prepared you are).

It’s how we start everyday. Lots of shots and lots of tasting of each of our roasts to ensure you get that smoothness in every sip of our coffee.

The key to any good espresso based drink is dialling it in correctly. The right grind size, even distribution and tamping, and just the right amount of coffee solubles extracted in the right amount of time. Hit that sweet spot and you’ll have a deliciously balance espresso 9/10 times (cause sometimes,no matter how prepared you are, s**t happens).

In the ever increasing hustle and bustle of our beautiful Mysuru, it’s getting harder and harder to find a quiet nook in the city you can kick back, get some space and relax in, maybe even get some work done or catch up with friends and family.
