Reducing kitchen waste requires a well-rounded approach, there is no magic bullet. But with an open mind and a creative spirit, scraps that would normally be destined for the bin suddenly reveal their delicious potential.

Our much-loved Corn ‘Ribs’ leave behind plenty of waste (corn ribs don’t grow on trees, after all), so we fashion the trimmings into something special in its own right. After a long, slow, and gentle bath in foaming butter, the corn transforms into a rich corn pudding packed with flavour — the star accompaniment to our Burrata. 🌽✨
