Falooda is one of those rare creations where culinary influences travelled, evolved, and found a new identity in India. What began with Persian-inspired faloodeh eventually became the layered Indian favourite we know today!

At Kailash Parbat, we see it as more than a dessert.
It’s a little piece of culinary history, served cold.
