Chikoo Milkshake
Ingredients:
1. 4 Chikoo
2. 1 glass milk
3. 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
4. 1 tablespoon Vanilla Ice cream
5. 1 tablespoon Sugar
6. Chopped dry fruits
How To Prepare:
1. First washed and remove the skin of Chikoo properly.
2. Cut the chikkos and remove the seeds.
3. Put chikku in a juicer or mixer and add milk.
4. Add sugar if you feel the chikoo are not too sweet
otherwise don’t add.
5. Add vanilla ice cream (if you liking then add)
6. Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until a
smooth.
7. Open the jar add ice cubes and again Blend.
8. Chikoo milkshake is ready. Take a glass and pour in 9.
the blended milkshake
9. Garnish with chikoo pieces/vanilla ice cream/chopped
dry fruits.
10. Serve chilled..
