This Sunday, there will be no Mahrukh's Kitchen menu, as I have been invited by Marriott, Bengaluru, to curate an authentic, full Parsi dining experience.
It is truly an honour to showcase our rich Parsi culinary heritage on such a prestigious platform. Every dish carries with it generations of tradition, stories, and flavours, and I can't wait to share them with a wider audience.
Thank you to all my wonderful patrons for your constant love, support, and understanding. I'll be back the following Sunday with another delicious home-cooked menu.
Till then... keep me in your prayers, and Khata Pita Rahejo...
God bless...

When it's raining, Parsi homes have potatoes and chicken happily swimming in oil 😜

I absolutely adore our old-school version of Chicken Farcha. I fondly call it PFC – Parsi Fry Chicken... and yes, far tastier than KFC! 😉

I had it on last Sunday's menu, and the orders just kept pouring in. Finally, I had to say sorry to a few people because every step—from cleaning the chicken drumsticks to marinating and frying them—was done single-handedly, and there is only so much one pair of hands can do.

The love it received was overwhelming, and everyone wants it back. So don't worry... it will definitely make a comeback on the next menu❤️

Till then, stay safe, take care, and enjoy the beautiful rains with your loved ones. ☔💛

July has arrived with skies full of drama... and it's raining cats and dogs... There couldn't be a better time to slow down, stay cozy, and indulge in heart-warming homemade comfort food.
☔️ Prawns Pulao – Aromatic basmati rice layered with tender prawns, potatoes, and boiled egg, served with my signature cooling cucumber raita.
☔️ Salli Chicken – One of the most loved Parsi classics! Succulent chicken leg pieces simmered in a spicy, peppery gravy and crowned with crisp golden potato straws.
☔️ Chicken Offal in Homemade Green Masala – Tender chicken liver and gizzards cooked in my fresh homemade green masala with fried potato cubes. A dish full of robust, nostalgic flavours.
☔️ Coconut Pudding – As simple as it sounds, yet wonderfully rich, creamy, delicate, and comforting. The perfect sweet ending to a rainy-day meal.
Let the rain pour outside while the warmth of homemade food fills your home and heart.
☔️Pre-orders are now open. Wishing everyone a beautiful, cosy Sunday filled with good food, warm memories, and the magic of the monsoon. 🌧️🍽️

Sunday after Christmas deserves celebration too 🎄✨
With dear ones visiting and guests dropping by, the kitchen stays joyful and busy.
There’s a delightful prawn pulao, fragrant and comforting, served with cooling raita.
Grandma’s special Kid Gosh is lovingly cooked — our main party dish — bursting with flavour, tender meat and rich gravy, with potatoes soaking up all the goodness.
Winter greens take centre stage too — green garlic and fresh coriander leaves, fried in ghee with a spicy masala, then slow-cooked with goat brains, creating a bold, warming and flavourful winter delicacy.
Winter goodies are on:
• Vasanu
• Gunder Paak
• Soonth Paak
• Rabdi — strictly on pre-order
And a Sunday Special Almond Fudge — silky, smooth and indulgent.
Eat well, celebrate together, and enjoy every bite 🤍✨
