Eat-A-Whey is for people like me who don't just have a sweet tooth but an entire set of sweet 'teeth' and battle obesity & weight gain. In my journey of 7 years into weight loss, I've lost 30 kgs but extremely slowly cause i wasn't well-informed/educated/knowledge and led myself to b
elieve anyone and everyone I met until I started to do my own little research on food & exercise. I'm not a certified trainer or a nutritionist, even though i've done a certified course in basic nutrition from ACSM in mumbai, I cannot call myself a 'nutritionist' but most of my knowledge has come from experience and a lot of reading and testing things on myself. I'm still not anywhere near my goal body fat % (& by the way I don't believe in weighing scales) but I also don't believe in giving up. With Eat-A-Whey, I not only want to give people healthy treats but I would also love to meet like-minded people and you and I both move towards our fitness goals.
