Whatever I have learnt in cooking is through my Ma.She has taught me instinctive cooking where there are no perfect measures. And most important is to add a very special ingredient in even dish you make is LOVE!!! So here I am to spread the joy of cooking, I try to simplify the cooking techniques and make sure my students learn it and develop interest in Food. Same legacy I am passing on to my daughters. My elder one has already decided to take food as her career.
