🌾 Ragi Flakes Chiwda — Crunchy • Wholesome • Chatpata

A nourishing snack made with roasted ragi flakes, peanuts, chana dal & cashews — lightly spiced, tangy, and perfectly crunchy ✨
Ingredients:
• 3 cups ragi flakes (nachni poha)
• ½ cup peanuts
• ¼ cup roasted chana dal
• ¼ cup cashews
• 2–3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 8–10 curry leaves
• 🌶️ 1–2 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½–1 tsp chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1–2 tsp sugar or powdered jaggery (optional)
• ✨ ½–1 tsp chaat masala and/or amchur powder (optional, for tang)
Method:
1️⃣ Dry roast ragi flakes till crisp
2️⃣ Roast peanuts, chana dal & cashews in oil
3️⃣ Add mustard seeds, curry leaves & green chillies
4️⃣ Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt & optional tangy spices
5️⃣ Toss in ragi flakes on low heat
6️⃣ Cool completely → store airtight
