I just wanted to introduce myself properly, ya.
I’m Maria—your very own Bandra aunty next door type only. I’m always in my kitchen, baking something or the other, yaar—no sitting idle at all!
I make all kinds of cakes, —you want normal rich fruit cake, chocolate cake, all that classic stuff also I do. But don’t think I’m boring haan… I also go full crazy sometimes! Like I even make pani puri cake, can you imagine ya?
Christmas and Easter time I become super busy, don’t even talk. Full house smells like butter, sugar, marzipan everywhere. I make my traditional Luso-Indian marzipan and all those old family recipes, passed down generations only—not from Google ah!
So if you ever smell something nice from next door, don’t be shy okay… just come and ask. I’ll definitely say, “Arre come come, take one piece only… but you will take three-four, I know you people"
Arre yaar, you can’t come to Bandra and not try our gorgeous fugias, chicken sandwiches, panrolls, etc! I also make them myself, haan—fresh and proper home-style only.
I can go on and pakao you about all the goodies I make, but let me not bore you too much😄
