🥦Nothing is possible for me without being nourished well by beautiful plant-based food. And I didn’t think I could get as lucky as I did in Mumbai last week.
🥦From the minute I landed in Mumbai to when I left- Madhavi Barot and her wonderful cooks fed me food all the time and with so much love! I am not even slightly exaggerating when I say- this was no ordinary food- this was food with magic- infused with all their love. 💙 🥦I was treated to day after day of delicious and nutritious food. Madhaviji is the magician behind and honestly, I have never eaten tofu and soy and peanut curd that good- you won’t know it’s vegan at all! Best cheese toast and mosaranna ever!
🥦 If it hadn’t been for Madhaviji, Shyam and Lalit feeding me every day, I would have barely eaten in the days leading up to the premiere as I was working 17 hours days to get things right. And I’ll be ever so grateful for this and for having them in my life.
🥦 A huge thank you to for bringing them into my life. I miss them sorely! 🙏🏾
