LONG POST ALERT
This has been one of the hardest posts to write, but here goes.
2020 has been anything but easy. We have all seen our fair share of ups and downs. It has called for us to rise to the occasion and in tough times even make tougher decisions. The toughest being that we will close our delivery kitchen at the end of this year.
A BIG THANK YOU to each and every one of you for loving our food and making room for us in your hearts. For listening to our story and championing our passion. It has always been our dream to have a little place here in Bombay that would serve authentic Assamese food. The last 4 years have been crazy fun. O' Tenga ended up growing bigger than we ever imagined it would be when we started this journey. We will always savour these precious memories, the mannyyyy conversations we have had with our patrons, the valuable lessons we learned, and the rewards and recognition that were so kindly bestowed upon us. 🤗
This is not an end but a pause. We're taking a break - probably head back home in time to celebrate Magh Bihu with our families in Assam. After all, one of the biggest takeaways from this year has been to not take anything for granted. 🙂
