5 talented female chefs are collaborating for an inspiring dinner. Each chef by staying true to their strengths will showcase one course. This amalgamation of women from the food industry endeavor is to promote more women behind professional counters to be called as chefs and not home chefs anymore. The collaborations entails Kumud Dadlani, who has worked at St. Jude Project, an experimental food lab for the chefs of Impresario Hospitality. Anandita Kamani, one of the chefs and co-founders of the award winning Danda Food Project. Pooja Pangtey co - founder of Meraki Bombay, is focused on highlighting the culinary traditions and ingredients from various hill regions of India. Srishti Godbole, after her stint at Noma, she returns playing with local produce and European flavours. Jahan Bloch, Pastry chef at The Omakase Kitchen, is well established for her expertise in playing with Asian desserts. Together they are bringing you a never before experienced evening.
