Our Story

Tapas Bar , Fine-Dine & lounge ESCOBAR - is based on the radically new idea of creating a high-end & chic atmosphere that would combine a restaurant and bar and was launched in 2010 january as the jewel in the Bandra's crown. It rapidly became the coolest hot spots of the Mumbai night scene. A brilliant success due in large part to the restaurants’ enchanting and totally unique settings, an inspired and high-quality cuisine, attentive service and a skillfully distilled musical ambiance tailored to each area of the venue. Dining at Escobar means removing yourself from the frenzy of urban life and plunging into a rejuvenating bath. As soon as you’ve entered this remarkable place with its monumental proportions, you’ll be enthralled by the charm of its soothing, exotic atmosphere. The Tapas bar , enlaced by a century old Burma Teak, continues out into a gorgeous open air dining area. The amber colored lighting which creates a very minimalistic atmosphere, solid teak furniture, decorated gold panels behind the bar, and the signature open air deck all come together to create an unforgettable and refined décor. At Escobar your taste buds travel to distant lands and inventiveness nests in your plate. The chef creates an edible masterpiece that skillfully combines exotic delicacies with high-end cuisine. The Escobar music is a compilation of lounge, chill out music and world music. The music is specially selected to infuse your evenings in this sanctuary with an indescribable sensuality.
