SEAFOOD RISOTTO 🦐🌊

You know what's cool about this dish?

It made the cut through all our initial trials last monsoon, started with a guest appearance on our launch, and then kept swimming into onto our permanent menu. We aren't that surprised as it is exactly the kind of "global" comfort food Bombay loves!!

(Vegetarians, make sure to try the Pumpkin risotto instead, it's the perfect companion for the rains.)

The Seafood Risotto uses the best of local Indian produce, creamy rice inspired both by Italian techniques and the flavours of Spain! We have been perfecting the recipe over time, making it even more irresistible. Come taste why it's been a guest favourite since Day 1!
