Different Strokes-
The new a la carte dinner menu at Aromas of China-Andheri is a nice combo of tastes, from a classic Fried Crab Claws and Beijing Onion Cake to a simple Steamed Seaweed Rolls with Sichuan Chilli Sauce for starters. Entrée standouts include the amazing Roast Peking Duck, a whole Pomfret standing upright, Corn fed chicken with quail eggs in a bean sauce and steamed vegetables with crackling Taipei Tausu sauce..
That’s not all, through the monsoon, we’ll be offering you “One Bowl Meals”. These ‘one hit wonders’ include Mahlak chicken and homemade noodles, or exotic greens with chilli oyster or peppery Sichuan fried rice.
Go “Dimsumptuous”…The dimsums are authentic to the regions of Canton and Hong Kong. They comprise of the Prawn Tail eats; Chicken Har gao with tomato chilli basil; Spring vegetable & basil crystal dumplings with soy chilli dip; Pakchoy & carrot Dumplings with Mint sauce.
And for sweet endings, sip a cup of Jasmine Tea and eat a deep fried ice cream, the Poached Rice flour dumplings with dark chocolate or Almond flaked darsaan with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sit back, relax…ahhhh, that’s a complete meal experience.
